With wind at 60% ish, gas at 8% , net exporting, and wind curtailment greater than gas production that seems to add up to potential 100% clean grid !

Some 60% now have a smart meter so any day now the gov will enforce the change for the rest, just like they did with smoking. In any case many meters will be over 25yrs and illegal.

Once everybody has a smart meter and TOU tariffs we are nearly there.
