IS that 8 million full BEVs, or does that also include Hybrids?

I don't know, but wonder if it does include all hybrids as there was a section stating that BYD is likely to over take Tesla this year in pure BEV sales!

The China term NEV (new energy vehicles) is for plug-ins (or PEV's), so includes BEV's and PHEV's. I think after BYD stopped producing ICE/HEV's a few years ago, they are now roughly 50:50 BEV and PHEV.
Good numbers, China is almost unstoppable now, and May (not June) hit 47% PEV's, so closing in on the big 50% transition/milestone.

When i first come to Shenzhen at 2019, i can still take the Fuel vehicle by didi
Now the Fuel vehicle can not seems at the didi app
Turns out , now we have the unpiloted taxi in Shenzhen now, but i not trying that yet

I guess my first car will be EV too
