Given that they have lots of land and reservoirs to float panels on (and that it is a success elsewhere) I can't believe that the company can't be sold on. It must have skilled staff (worth quite a bit now,) plus inside knowledge on how to work safely and the special rules in that industry. Agreeing rents at waterworks can't be that difficult, so I would have thought that it could have had a bright future.

Maybe it just doesn't generate enough cash quick enough for the sharks in the world of finance.
