Interesting enough article with some nice points of general detail, curious use of a title tho which I assume was "click bait" in its application?

Yeah its almost like a subject matter expert wrote the article based on some actual research into the issues, but the sub-editors just couldn't get it past the Editors, so they had to put in the predictable click-bait headline and a few pithy lines throughout as well.

Is it any surprise it's in the Torygraph?
What are the battery Britain maps trying to show?
Why not just say shipping containers instead of buses?
