Worrying open letter

still worrying although I suppose it could be good for the fishermen regards the white fish stocks in UK water increasing, if it does come to pass and things like winter flooding would become a thing of the past - replaced by spring thaw flooding instead, better opportunity to capture fresh water before it is washed out to sea too ? Maybe I am being too pessimistic, maybe its a good thing Ay? I mean the Canadians manage that sort of climate ok Ay?
