The sodium ion battery will challenge lithium ion

CATL says that it has made the breakthrough using the much more common sodium.
Let’s not ‘jump the gun’ on this. There is a long way to go before your suggestion happens - and ‘there’s many a slip twixt cup and lip’ as they say.
I hope it might, but I’m just not holding my breath waiting…
