We’ve been topping and tailing goosegogs.

It’s been too hot to do much else. I use thumb and forefinger for trimming. SWMBO uses a short knife. I experimented with the cheese grater, fine end.
They are in 2L ice cream tubs, ready for the freezer, although a gooseberry pie is in the oven.
The green ones are sour. There are 2 red varieties of which the hairy one is the sweeter.
