Read this last week, was dubious as to sound travel within voids connected to plasterboard & able to resonate through the building.
But it seems they are doing trials within currently occupied homes on their estates, so non official data is likely to seep out via Facebook type bingo-wing mediums, rather than mere b.s. hype from bellway marketing

I have no links.. feel free to find some ;) ..merely posting now as i've forgotten source info at least 3 times.
