This, it was £630 ish a few weeks back...(sorry)
But as you can see s/steel inner & a sample of cleaning by an owner on the anova precision oven forum
https://community.anovaculinary.com/t/c ... addy/31145

..its a humongous air fryer, steam oven grill etc etc..
Not perfect but thought i'd point it out.

Many thanks, TBH I'd have paid the extra for something as cleanable as that. Our Sage is looking evil inside now, and it's only a couple of months old. On the plus side we did cook some very nice air fried "roast" potatoes in it on Christmas day, and the energy use is around half that of using the normal oven, with is a REALLY big plus point in winter, when solar is often in short supply (although we did manage over 11 kWh today, so battery and hot water charged for free).
25 off 250W Perlight solar panels, installed 2014, with a 6kW PowerOne inverter, about 6,000kWh/year generated
6 off Pylontech US3000C batteries, with a Sofar ME3000SP inverter

40 litres be it internal / external is not small, the various ratings are all A+ ..the forum is worth a read, there are known faults & improvements with this oven, been out about 2 years now!? but they are a firm bought out by the electrolux group.

Would like one for programming overnight baking using the steam function, but.
