Hmm... not a huge fan of electronic chip option TBH, i like to keep things simple.
It looks like I've got to go with the tunnel through wall option, with a flap at both ends - and possible some sort of antechamber - although that could wait til next winter...

I know what you mean about KISS Offcut was already chipped when she came to live with us, so we thought we would give the smart flap a try and it was dead simple, just need to get cat near enough to the sensor and press a button, job done.
