Our upper story is appears to be just a sheet of ply with render applied straight on it.It's probably approaching the time for replacement with some areas sound a bit hollow when tapped. I've noticed that there is a grant for EWI in Scotland at the moment, and I love a good grant . £7500 with an additional £2500 interest free loan. Has anyone had a company retrofit EWI?
