Growatt SPH 5000 TL-BL UP inverter for cost of courier

I've got an inverter per the subject which was delivered to me with two (possibly related) faults:

1. When an array is connected to either MPPT the inverter will quickly move to Standby state and sit there until the isolator is opened. I have another Growatt SPH which is totally happy with the same array.
2. The inverter will always be discharging the battery at 2.2kW and nothing can coax it out of this state.

Growatt have logged into this inverter and tried to fix both issues but without success, including a firmware update.

There's a warranty claim in progress but it's getting nowhere. Alt Energy (the distributor) are just sitting on the claim and nothing's happening.
Does anyone want this? Probably best that it goes to someone who is prepared to swap boards. I wouldn't suggest that anyone takes the inverter off my hands with the expectation that Alt Energy will come through. My supplier has been great and has offered an SPH6000 as he has several that he can send.

EDIT: My supplier has said they are happy for me to do whatever I like with this inverter.

Courier at cost (it's in it's original box) or collect from RH19.
