A friend of mine is converting his battery storage system (a very large one) to Lithium and has at least 9 off 48Volt strings of the Yuasa SWL2500-6FR
batteries, they are 6Volt 180Ahr- see picture below:
They are all in good condition but of course are used, and he will be including all the flexible links, bolts and plastic insulation caps.
He would like them to go a good home/s so is only looking for around the scrap value (ish).
He will sell just a single string or the lot, and will allow them to be tested and has a battery impedance tester if you want to sort out the batteries to get a set/s with the same values.
They are located in Northampton.
But be aware that each 6Volt battery weighs around 38kilos so a single string (48Volts @ 180Ahr) weighs at least 300Kilos.
