The gigantic Dogger Bank offshore wind farms, with the gigantic 13MW turbines, has started.
Just a reminder, this is a wind farm with a CfD of GBP ~ 40/MWh (2012 prices).

Excellent news, with the invasion of Ukraine by the russian diktat b@stards likely to linger on for 2 more winters we need this in place asap.
The military helicopters flying through polish airspace speaks mounds as to intent to prolong (teir tactics are set in stone)

Wonder when russians themselves reflect on the mounting deaths of enlisted men & demand an end...

Ukraine estimates a steady 500 russians k.i.a. per day with more resulting through russia not assisting their wounded, so likely double that ..I hope they are right.

Please, nobody think that by citing numbers I enjoy death via conflict, ..we know a downtrodden duped & brainwashed nation (to a point) are incredibly susceptible to the crack of a whip & a patriotic cry to "do your bit" ..I simply don't think they are capable of fighting it themselves till the numbers are undeniable & cannot be hidden any more, for all the info via modern means (mobile phones) it still isn't sinking in hard enough to kick the russian public to fire bomb the circa 10,000 recruiting offices as a start to ending it by their will rather than their leash-holders.

The size of this wind farm hadn't really landed before - it covers an area of sea the size equivalent to Greater London! (although is this for all 3 phases of Dogger Bank, or just this first one? - hmm)
