Do we think 3x blade failures of this new turbine design is now a "problem"?

Re: 3rd Haliade-X blade failure
No not yet, they clearly identified installation errors for the one blade, material and manufacturing deviations for the other USA failure, its possible but unlikely that the second blade that failed is part of the 150 manufactured in Canada and that it hadn't yet been NDT'd to identify any fault, it is more probable that this is a reoccurrence of the installation error and hadn't yet been back traced, it could be completely coincidental and arise from any number of factors including but not limited to, miss handling in transit, counterfeit or sub standard materials of construction, manufacturing deviations, slinging /installation errors, turbine blade control error etc etc.
I would anticipate that the investigation starts discounting the recent obvious fault scenarios first as they are the easiest to investigate.
