Excellent, was it a credit or debit card ?
Debit card Nowty, paid from my bank account too for added complexity. They got there though. :xl:

P.S Sun was shining on the Dundee PV when I went by a couple of hours ago. Managed a there and back again to Edinburgh on a single charge. 8-)
I'm at my mum's next week and she paid for WB via debit card so I may well give the chargeback process a try. :xx:
Aye ye should Nowty, I had my doubts, it took a while. I didn't chase them and yet there it is. Well it's not, as I've now fwd'd it to No1 Son! I'll be wary of backing anything now that's not a going concern or of a smaller scale. A bit sad tbh but there we go. On the further upside, Kinlochbervie hydro will be sending me a 1/2 grand next week and Octopus Collective should make 1st payment the following week. :D

Nowty, I followed FTB's guidance and in the end during the phonecall said they had "not provided the service promised within a reasonable time frame. That seemed to be a bit of a trigger sentence. Once done I received an email, sent back a few docs et voila.

I'd strongly recommend giving chargeback a go.

There's a whatsapp group for comparing notes. Although I had very good results following guidance on this thread.

I had 2 emails from them within 5 minutes this morning containing different information! One said I had 3000 shares, the other 3.5k, but both said paying out on the 30th - tomorrow...!
I assumed it was a report-off-a-database error and would be corrected by a third email, but not yet. I'll contact them tomorrow.

We don't have to log into the old Ripple website anymore to see the live generation of GF.

Hopefully KH will not be too far behind as the Coops are Cooperating. :xx:

https://dashboard.windcoop.co.uk/

Obviously its the whole turbine so members will have to use a calculator to divide out their own wattage holding.
The turbine max generation is 2.5MW or 2,500kW or 2,500,000 Watts.

And its been absolutely banging for the past 4 days.

19.6kW PV > 116MWh generated
Ripple 6.6kW Wind + 4.5kW PV > 34MWh generated
7 Other RE Coop's
105kWh EV storage
90kWh Home battery storage
40kWh Thermal storage
GSHP + A2A HP's
Rain water use > 530 m3
