Your savings from KH will be still in the Coop and not Ripple Energy Ltd, so they should not be lost. The income goes straight from Octopus to the Coop and not Ripple, the Coop then paid Ripple their cut as part of the management fees.

But, even the Coop does not know at this point how we will obtain our savings, it could still be the same way via your energy supplier or it could be direct to our bank accounts.

Your in a more awkward position than others as Ripple Energy would have been managing your savings, i.e. had a view on what your owed and that none of it has yet been paid to you, the Coop may not understand your current position. Ripple Energy is now out of the picture for you in terms of a point of contact, but soon you should be able to communicate directly with the Coop (KH) to explain your situation.

If you have not done so, make sure you download ALL your documents, especially your customer agreements from the Ripple Energy account whilst they are still available as it will soon be gone.

Beware that for GF and KH "Your Project Watts" and "your Wattage amount" is buried in the Definitions on about page 4 (of mine) but for DW you need both the Customer agreement and a separate schedule with the figures on.
I have also done a scrreendump of the "My Portfolio" page which is quite comprehensive and helpful, but probably not legally binding!

I also noticed that when I save it the file name has the download time, I presume it is spontaneously generated on demand from a database - so it is absolutely essential to preserve that data! The customer agreement which I have saved dated 06-08-2020 has no figures in it, just fields to be populated from somewhere else...

Former KH Coop Director - Kate Broughton has just posted more of her views & concerns on FaceBok : Ripple Energy Owners Group.

Quite a long read. I won't repost/quote it here . . . . . just in case :?

An interesting read indeed. I wonder if there will be jail time for the WB money? There's not been a single update on WB has there?

When I called for Sarah Merrick to be removed as ceo in Oct 24 I had already been gagged on the community page for saying that they worked for us. Not the other way round. I tried time without number to get information out of them.

The boards were a joke, anything to align themselves with Ripples direction. A rubber stamp board is I think the term.

My predictions is that the three projects will go their separate ways and operate as co-ops on a fixed interest payment system. I think GF has a chance of going it alone as a co-op with a small community control board. If i get the chance i'll be back in there to support them. I think derril and KH will be sold to bigger players to manage.

Nowty, keep that in mind if you hear back from GF board. I'm sure I'm not the only one willing to buy into GF to support it?

No idea what has happened with WB-Thrive money. Odd that Thrive haven't said anything. I think someone's going to jail on this.

I think WB has been robbed blind and the funds used to keep a broken horse running. Hey but that's just my dark & cynical side coming out again since I'm thinking about Ripple once more. I would like to be wrong.

Never used facebook- what’s the synopsis ? I think I have resigned myself to losing my money on WB - can’t really afford it but I knew the risks when I paid up.

Same, I refuse to use Facebook these days if at all possible, a synopsis would be great.
I put £1k in, definitely money I would prefer not to lose with another mini human on the way.

The lack of communication for WB has been shockingly bad, it's like watching a car crash and then realising you're one of the cars about to be hit...

Thanks Joe, definitely looking like some mismanagement combined with arrogance at Ripple - a dangerous combination.

I watched how they operated with some dismay and they didn't improve over time. I don't want to think too much about this again as it leaves a scum coating on the surface of my psyche.
