we’re thrilled to have acquired the rights to build the 57MW Whitelaw Brae wind farm in the Scottish Borders.

As well as being our largest project to date, the deal marks another major step in our ambitious growth plans to double generation capacity within the next five years. It is the second project to be funded by Fair Play Clean Energy Ltd, Thrive’s joint venture with TopCashback Sustainability, which brings together a combined £80 million in capital to fund new clean energy projects in the UK.

Construction of Whitelaw Brae is expected to start in 2025, with commissioning planned by the end of 2026.
Presumably Ripple's administrators have sold it as quickly as they can, and / or Thrive have been watching the story as it has unfolded. I'm not in this one, but I have lost money in Ripple/Seedrs. Grrr!
Ripple never raised enough money to secure the rights to build it in a timely manor and Thrive Energy moved in and bought the rights to WB months ago. Then Ripple tried to do a deal where the WB Coop would become a minority investor but the deal was not agreed before they went into administration.

There is a group trying to find the answers to where the funds for WB raised by Ripple are,

Regarding the action group I posted in the last post for WB members, you need your Ripple Reference No which is found on both your Arrangement fee and Wattage invoices.
https://blog.whitelawbrae.org.uk/

You can sign up here, I've just signed my mum up who invested in WB.

Great news for you FTB on ggetting the money back.
My dad paid by debit card so likely can put in a chargeback like JB is doing.
Mine is a little more convoluted, but i think a chargeback is possible to be applied for there too.

Just logged in to Ripple community to take some screenshots of the messages.
Is it me, or have all of the replies to posts disappeared?!

Granted replies were far and few between but i cant see any now, just the posts themselves.
Unless my mind is playing tricks some posts had reply chains below them?

As for Thrive.
I looked up whitelae brae in December after the announcement had been made.

They were mentioning partnering with Ripple in Decembers press release, and now this has changed to Fair play and Topcashback.
So Thrive were not immediately dismissing a Ripple partnership.

In the words of Howard Baker
The question remains.
What did they know, and when did they know it.

Nope - the replies disappeared when they locked the community a while back. So it is not just you

Thanks for that. I was sure i had seen some.
Does anyone have screenshots of the community pages with the replies at all, and if so could i be cheeky and ask for a copy via PM.
It would help being able to show hoe many times members were dismissed outright in these messages.
Thanks.

Another possible place for feedback (that is not social media) might be trust pilot .... there are quite a few comments on there that might help as it is independent reviews.

See above "'Wayback machine".

This website archives some websites and takes you back to how they were when you choose that date.
It's a great tool for when companies like Ripple try to hide or change information at a later date.

This may be what you need to see all the things they have tried to remove.

I have used this before when a company tried to hide behind terms and conditions that they had changed in between signing of documents.

Cheers.

Good shout thank you, ripple have certainly pushed back hard and publicly to some reviews calling members trouble makers on there.
