Tried getting on & looking around yesterday, ..they must have some absolute rank shambles excuses for programmers working for them not to notice that any forum name change meant your watts purchase details had to change too, along with any legal ramifications encountered down the line ...rather than simply "choose your forum user name" feckless testers, are they yts?

Live chat necessary to highlight that one ffs!

I'm not going near it. Or linking Ripple to Octopus. Compartmentalising has worked for me so far.

Monday looks like it will be a good test of the Turbine operating in some decent conditions. I wonder how the track work is progressing at Turnberry?

I have a 16.8mph peak predicted at around 16.00hrs on Monday at GF.

Turnberry? 22.4mph at the same time with a peak of over 25mph on Sunday night.

Now THAT is a site.

I was curious, but the Ripple Facebook group page is the sort of B.S. I studiously avoids (you have to get dirty from afar sometimes to remind yourself why you aren't on it though) ..don't think I lasted 36 hours.
Having let it get so shambolic I think this is an attempt to resolve this, well, if the place isn't ineptly set up by the not great web team ripple brought in, (do they only write with crayons)!?

Not my bag, too much vapidity of "ask questions already answered many times over without doing any research into archival material first" ..wearing down everyone's patience.

With stats like that for wind-turbine-erry, that erection prospect sounds like it's giving you one too 😆
This is the "oomph" we needed.. anyone whose skied scotland knows how that wind can blow.

(The build time marker for progress wasn't updated the other day when I looked ..it's always behind)

Jetstream forecast is showing a more favourable track over the UK for the next couple of weeks. Should be better operating conditions which will coincide with my inevitable import switch on.
16.9kW PV > 107MWh generated
Ripple 6.6kW Wind + 4.5kW PV > 22MWh generated
5 Other RE Coop's
105kWh EV storage
60kWh Home battery storage
40kWh Thermal storage
GSHP + A2A HP's
Rain water use > 510 m3

I'm leaving the country for a month on a 1 way ticket to let the VB fill up a bit. Heading for solar gain on skin in Turkey. 8-)

Hopefully WT1 will get a decent test burn in rising conditions.

Question time..

If gulfstream flow collapses due to glacial melt, how does modelling affect our sea & land UK turbines gulfstream induced movement / windspeeds long term!? ..any Data there?

Well yeah, but any reduction will cause panic & "investment" questions as to returns by corporations & govt who gamble it as income stream, ...All the more reason to be green sooner rather than later, ..getting gulf stream ramifications across to anyone has always been fudgin-hard.
