Therefore Ripple's CFO is gone from all, including Ripple Energy themselves.

Ripple 6.6kW Wind + 4.5kW PV > 33MWh generated
7 Other RE Coop's
105kWh EV storage
90kWh Home battery storage
40kWh Thermal storage
GSHP + A2A HP's

Not for much longer. :fight:

From the CEO of Ripple,

"I also want to let you know one member of Ripple’s senior leadership team no longer works for the company and has stepped down as director of the Kirk Hill SPV and Derril Water SPV. They are in the process of stepping down from the Graig Fatha SPV board as well. (Note – the SPVs are the companies that hold the assets of the respective projects.)"

Is there any way out of ripple now?

I can't help but feel my investment is at risk.

It will be next year before they have even built Whitelaw Brae and I see any form of return.
I don't trust what I am seeing now :?
3kW FIT Solar
0.8kW balcony solar.
6kw Panasonic air to air heat pump for downstairs.
2 WBS. Stovax 8kw and 5kw Morso squirrel
Rointe D series in 2 bedrooms and bathroom.
Aiming to go fully electric...
Whitelaw Brae :fan:

I think the simple answer is we don't know at this point.

There are a lot of angry/annoyed/worried people and I reckon there are lots of people wanting to pull out. I am only invested in Kirkhill and if I had an option to pull the money out right now I would take it.

I have been unimpressed for quite a while now but hoped it would get better. As JB said earlier in this thread - I think they are as good as they will ever get.

I think my hope is that the coop board will break free of Ripple and look at other management companies and hopefully we can see something good come from it.

Probably not the answer you are looking for .... but I am afraid it is wait and see.

I have just seen this post on Ripple Community and checked it out myself ..... seems like we are still only seeing the tip of the iceberg:

I’m sorry to post this but I think Graig Fatha investors should be aware that the problems with Kirk Hill might not be isolated.

I’m an investor at Kirk Hill & Derrill Water & have been looking at the company records online.

Are Graig Fatha members aware that this also happened to Graig Fatha CE Turbine Ltd on June 6th 2023. It was discontinued 15th July 2023 after full accounts were submitted?

https://find-and-update.company-informa ... ng-history

It also appears no accounts have been submitted to the FCA Mutuals Register since 3st March 2022 for Graig Fatha Coop Limited.

https://mutuals.fca.org.uk/Search/Society/30486

I don't have access to the minutes from the AGM's. Was this ever disclosed at any Co Op AGM?

Mike Sp

I don't know if anyone else know any more about this with respect to GF?

Yes same here, not so much worried for our investment, i was happy to take the risk and therefore reluctantly accepting that it may all go A over T.
I would feel better if the investment was out of Ripple, but im more worried/annoyed upset for my Dad. He didnt put a lot in only 2k, but it was still my recommendation.
Its one thing to put your own money at risk but he would never of heard of it if not for me.

If the CEO has now gone, then that may very well have a huge and very positive outcome on all of this. Someone has to replace the empty chair afterall.

WB already looks very different from the initial investment plan. Get people invested and shift the goalposts. For that, i will not be recommending anyone else invest with Ripple.
It would be interesting to see if there is legally any way to back out sooner rather than later though.

CFO not CEO. :D

I've been worried for some time about Ripple. They just dont seem professional enough especially when this is a coop.

looks like Ripple are cleaning out all of the community posts that they don't want people to see.

I cannot find the previous post regarding the EGM (or other posts calling for the EGM) and the link I posted yesterday doesn't go to a specific post anymore ......

pretty terrible - especially as none of it was unacceptable in my humble opinion.
