I was wondering why the updates were slow to come but this kind of explains things, not much good weather ahead so pace will no doubt slow to glacial for a spell.

Never mind it’s still progress and who knows we may still be in for an Indian Summer so that they can accelerate their progress , it’s got to happen one year as the weather forecasters have been promising one for the last fifty plus years that I’ve been pottering on this marvellous earth 🤣

Just to add that little bit of jeopardy, KH members don't worry, this was a wind turbine crane failure in China. :?

Hopefully just the crane and no one badly injured - when stuff like that goes wrong it’s usually very fast. I used to be an excellent sprinter when I worked as a metallurgist 3rd hand in the melting shop at British Steel Special Steels Division having had heaps of practise running away from molten steel spills and the like.

The day you don't have a planned exit strategy is that day indeed.

we need them... I reckon the CF is barely above 0.1 so far this month!
2.0 kW/4.62 MWh pa in Ripples, 4.5 kWp W-facing pv, 9.5 kWh batt
30 solar thermal tubes, 2MWh pa in Stockport, plus Congleton and Kinlochbervie Hydros,
Most travel by bike, walking or bus/train. Veg, fruit - and Bees!

Todays blow has taken GF's CF for the month from 12.8 to 16.3% and not finished yet. With a bit of luck today's CF could hit 94% and possibly the best day's generation since 24th March. :D
