Seems plans are afoot to expand the original Dogger Bank Scheme with a 4th phase, taking its installed capacity from 3.6GW to just shy of 5GW.

Well that depends if you want to show an average or peak.
With regards to load factors - they are significantly higher for larger offshore projects with taller turbines.
