Does anyone have any comment on this - I have seen nothing but uncritical reports stating it is 16 times better than solar panels. Where's the informed analysis?

Ah, my mistake. I thought I monitored all new posts here. It seems that getting investment money to do useless 'research' is all the rage these days

You are not the first, nor the last for investment dupe potential, based on hope & faith in renewables.

Common sense by proper reporters who should know better how many times this sort of b.s. has been sighted, but they allow it to be smeared round the walls of the internet as if it was a new thing every time, when in reality its as crusty as some dirty protests cell walls get in occupied wing prison riots.

Oh, please understand that I was not taken in; I've been on this and the previous forum too long for that; and my post title was ironic. I just somehow missed the previous posts.
BTW There's a good guy on Youtube called thunderfoot who spends a lot of time exposing scams like this.

No, I did not mean that relating to yourself pat, merely a lot of fodder out there for fraudsters coming from seemingly legit journo periodicals which to the casual person may mean "hydrogen flying cars & perpetual motion machines are a mere 2 years away" again) 😉

We all skim read these, just in case, but more likely to reaffirm what we already know.
