They don't seem to be able to decide what it is:
The Liam F1 Wind Turbine is a small, vertical-axis wind turbine (VAWT) designed for maximum efficiency in urban and residential areas.
but I can't see this

I suspect just very poor reporting (again) as the documents linked to on https://thearchimedes.com/ appear to refer to horizontal axis afaict.
It does appear to be more of an advertisement than technology reporting.
I do suspect a :teapot:

Confused me as well - there are vids on line showing it is a HAWT.

The writer was so obviously drooling over it that I assumed it was an advert or manufacturer's puff, never dreamt it was pretending to be a "report!"
