I think the London Lot must be completely in hock to fossil fuel interests.

Very true, been a lot of Conservative politicians, and party sub groups talking up the need to get onshore wind back on course, but they do seem to be taking a very long time to actually do anything. Maybe it is just talk, I hope not.
