He does mention the 3-phase when pointing out the isolation switch, about 38 minutes into part 1 of the installation.

Great to see Stan, thanks. A huge amount of skill & effort has gone into that. 20 to 40kWh every day, what a resource! I'd have to mess about with the water entry into the buckets though. Some sort of rubber curtain on the chute to start with.and maybe curved foils on the bucket leading edge curving back into the bucket. Try it on.one and film it then playback slo mo, go from there. Just to control the slosh a bit.

Bloody outstanding job and that induction motor looks the part and in scale with the rest of the job. 👏 👏, well done Kris.

I am presently installing a similar HYDRO scheme on my croft . However I allready have PYLONTECH batteries supplied by SOLAR PANELS .
What I need to know is how do I run my Hydro power into the same batteries (power is AC)
Any help appreciated
