I dread to think this would ever be allowed to go ahead, but it keeps getting closer it seems, backed by big money speculators.

When you look at the "but we'll give home owners within 150 metres direct line of sight blackout curtains" . .how does it make you think about hoop jumping for renewables on rooftops or big wall mounted solar that could be deemed too out of place with the surroundings (for instance) & refusals / warning advice from planning depts youve encountered?
Does this 21000+ proposed nightclub, live music venue & 360 degree led advertising sphere make you inclined to tell local planners to "do one" if the msg site gets the go ahead? when critiquing homeowners renewables projects (or bigger)
Makes , "shark rooftop" seem positively chaste by comparison, & wasn't that a furore in its time.
