I got given a garmin fitness watch which I never used but decided to give it a try and was surprised to see my heart rate hitting 170 chopping logs, I keep it down to 150 now, just in case.
Fairly noticing the difference in log consumption last couple of days, I won't be fooled though. Although will enjoy the subtle WBS balancing now possible at higher outdoor temps.
