Next-gen Prius

Toyota has unveiled the next-gen Prius. It's actually a rather nice looking machine, especially compared to the current version.
Has a much bigger battery so has a claimed 35mile electric-only range. But, it's still a hybrid. Have to wonder why they haven't made a full BEV version of it as well?
