The OVO EV tariff is rubbish. You can’t have it if you have solar panels. You can’t use the cheap electric for your dishwasher or charging house batteries. Basically you get charged full whack 24/7 and get a credit for the electric put into your car.Sunrisemike wrote: ↑Mon Apr 10, 2023 7:14 am My son has just switched to Ovo at 10p, charge any time. He says that his tariff is 10 p for all use, which I can't believe. It says 51p on a search. I will be interested to see if this is just for a limited time and whether he is correct with his information.

Which economy 7 type tariff for EV charging?
Re: Which economy 7 type tariff for EV charging?
12x 340W JA Solar panels (4.08kWp)
3x 380W JA Solar panels (1.14kWp)
5x 2.4kWh Pylontech batteries (12kWh)
LuxPower inverter/charger
(Artist formally known as ******, well it should be obvious enough to those for whom such things are important.)
