Even in my TM3 I get "only" 11kW from 22kW 3phase Type 2s.
I think Tesla Model S/X get 15, along with the eTrons and some of the other German brands.
My 2020 MX charges at 17kW from a 22kW point (at home). However, it will only charge at 17kW for half an hour before it ramps down to about 10kW. If it has a half hour rest (eg. slots controlled by IO), it will then do another 17kW for half an hour before reducing to 10kW.

This played havoc with charging times set by Octopus until I told IO I only have an 11kW charger.
