Ape-e (pron Ar-pay) was by chance in the latest "mon ami" video, now electic,.a simple lightweight quadricycle (as it always was) in this instance as abakers van (enclosed) however it does beg the question as to why it is missing from last mile delivery etc...

https://piaggiocommercialuk.com/news/pi ... -electric/
In the link above are folk near & afar using its styling as food trucks, grocery vans, etc.. the 675 kg payload enough for many a small gig / purpose.
With quadricycles creeping back into the drivers psyche how has this missed out as a small commercial entity?
(ikea india have an electric delivery fleet, solar charged...

Italy's version of the ww2 recovery era of cheap transport & nowadays made in india, this is one where it is being sold (for that market) as swappable batteries via a rental system) ...why has a pre-existing production chassis solution, only electrified, not been remarketed in the very part of the world it was created?

Even my local village spar shop has hopped on the delivery for the modern "want it now" gen, for that they have a brand new logo-ed up ice vehicle weighing several tonnes, talk about bad implementation.
likely they will deliver one plastic bag of food, no more than an uber eats.
