Useful only if you park it in an outdoor or rooftop airport carpark while you go on holiday for a fortnight. Even then borderline…

What is the capacity of the solar panels 1kW? How often do you park your car in unobstructed sun? Even if you did get a perfect spot it’d take weeks to charge the thing from solar alone…

I'm inclined to agree - I like the fact that it's a small and lightweight bespoke full BEV, but the solarPV seems a bit of a pointless and expensive gimmick - wonder how much cheaper they could make it with just regular body panels?

I guess that's the point, if the price differential isn't too much it could work, they say 70-150 miles a week from the panels, I do a lot less than that in my van............and I would be happy to think about where I park it most of the time.
