I'm in Carmarthenshire, I've seen one up Aberystwyth way and there might be one in Cardiff, so not a lot of help. I don't think the cost of charging is a major factor, though so it wouldn't have swayed me anyway :)

O9o, i have actually considered that possibility if setting off with a full charge as i live high up, and setting off anywhere usually involves a long downhill. I guess the bms protects the battery and you end up riding the actual brakes - still it stops them rusting.
450W hydro-electric
5110W pv
1.3kw Wt2 - not yet producing
6kWh lead acid - maybe 1kwh useable
LiMnCo battery made from 2nd hand hybrid car modules 3.6kwh nominal 24v.
300lt hot water tank and two storage heaters
ASHP Grant Aerona 3 10.5kw and UFH

Vanishingly few TMXs sold in the UK had free Supercharging, of those that did most would have had it stripped out when being PX’d at Tesla. Would be a proper holy grail car if you could find one though!
12x 340W JA Solar panels (4.08kWp)
3x 380W JA Solar panels (1.14kWp)
5x 2.4kWh Pylontech batteries (12kWh)
LuxPower inverter/charger

(Artist formally known as ******, well it should be obvious enough to those for whom such things are important.)

Agree, but strangely, three at least on Autotrader today! We had a discussion at the weekend about buying an SO1 option car and doing a retirement road trip across Europe

Beware people promising Free Supercharging in ads. It frequently turns out to be untrue. That particular ad promised "Free tax for life" too which is a lie! The car will attract VED from 2025 so that rather sets the tone for me...
