Octopus Electroverse "plunge pricing"

Well this is a new one on me - I'm assuming it's another lever that Octopus is looking to pull for demand side response - just had notification via the Octopus Electroverse EV charging app that they're offering "plunge pricing" on Osprey and Ionity rapid chargers this evening from 10pm to midnight, with 40% off charging costs at those suppliers.

Anyone else got that?

Added: with a monthly standing charge that could be a game changer for the many without home charging.
