Ive never been able to use their chargers.

I type the code for the charger in and it doesn’t recognise them, shows chargers 70 miles away, paid £20 for the card been a pain!

That's nae guid. I've been the other way, every charger every time (unless the chargers got a fault). I use the card exclusively on their network. I'd be asking for another card or a reboot from their end for card parameters. Sad to hear that as its great when working. :(

To be honest it’s not worth the grief, we don’t go anywhere significant in my car due to limited range/time to charge, so it’s a daily run around for me to go back and forward to work- 20daily miles and weekend shopping etc.

Yep, I've had no end of struggles with mine as well. I ended up with 3 cards and none working until it got fixed last year. Troubles started when they changed ownership.

I also tried my Octopus charge card, and that didn’t work on them, of course it might not work anyway.
