Even so a thin rubber strip stuck over the corners of it will still not make it Road legal.

It's conformity is completely down to individual inspection if they were smart, obvious if they were seized no insurance they aren't. :lol:

Getting insurance if it isn't UK legal is going to be tough - as I understand it they bought it overseas (Albania?) and imported it as if they were a tourist. Insurance presumably became invalid when they were provably resident in the UK?
