Getting real and more exciting now, been tracking the ships on their way to the UK. Could be arrivals at the start of Feb so long as the Evergreen stays away from the Suez Canal, but I don't know how long before they are available for collection from regional locations.

Ohhhh, just a thought but I may be about to get one of the most 'common' cars ever. Potential for Tesla to delivery ~800k+ TMY's this year, I'm wondering if that would exceed all Nissan leaf's to date?

Actually, could be closer to a million, 150k from Berlin and Austin each, Shanghai already at about half a million, and Freemont perhaps another 200k. Not sure if there is that much demand, but I'm not betting against Elon.

Looking forward to reading about it Mart. I am looking to be picking our I5 up about the 8th Feb, back up to Abz for swmbo then down to Catterick for 11th as our nephew is passing out, Para. Looks like Gretnas the place for us as Ionity has a bank of 350's there.

Here are some pics of TiMmY with guest appearances from Billy the Builder's Bucket, and his mate Lev, the 3ft spirit level.

Probably look daft, but I was surprised at the size increase in the frunk and underfloor storage, so thought it worth noting with some reference we'll all recognise.

And lastly the Lab/Retriever test, plus you can see the non slip floor protector we got for the TM3 which almost fits perfectly in the Y, just a bit short.

[Edit - In my haste I grabbed the wrong lead, as Buster's was drying. Might seem silly, but we have never and would never misrepresent him by using the GD flash when walking him, we aren't naughty like that.]

Just make him up a failed guide dog (but still a good boy) in training lead.

We are happy with our TM3 frunk, it serves as cool storage for any ice cream cups that are required at home 90 minutes later, (winter-spring temps anyway) ..less apologies for melted cherry & strata-wotsit
