There is no VED on BEVs!
I can confirm that, something that potentially put me off the TM3, but I believe there was a Government U turn. There is a drawback with a pricey EV is the £2,500 grant is not available on a BEV over £35k.
BEVs registered between 2017 and 2020 did indeed incur the enhanced VED of their original list price was above £40k. But that was dropped in April 2020.
