Bought a 10mtr secondary market 32A charging cable. Much more flexible to coil and simpler to park nose in. Cars away in tomorrow morning for its ceramic coat. SWMBO had her first go today, made mistake of showing her the sports button to release the full 300bhp. That lassies got a lead foot! :)

Absolutely effortless across the Pennines yesterday. Blowing a hoolie and lots of surface water. Just calmly made relaxed progress at pace.

First bill in from Octopus Electric Juice on my account. Shows detail of where, what and how much. I think this is a VERY handy EV charging card to have if you are on Octopus and have an EV. It saved me once already on the day before my Ionity card went live. Even more it simplified a charging process on an unknown 22kW hubsta charging unit in Darlington as an overnight charge session. Drove over, plugged in at 3am on an industrial estate office area, used the EJ card and went back to hotel for a kip then collected car before offices even opened. Very very nice way to do the business. 8-)

Even better when WT1 cranks! :D

Trying to work out the plate Joe, (& failing)

It's no surprise really that many of us investing in a new EV are doing this, i'm not into private plates myself, but glad we picked the one we did it says it all from our perspective.

Tesla disclaimer (not to uurinate on ones fireworks)
Everything we sell in association with our vehicles is deemed "beta testing" (which you signed up to & therefore gives us extraneous powers legally in the event of a claim legitimate or otherwise)

Because that is the first form of protection a modern tech loaded car company can run too, ..+ your beta car will likely " work for sh1t if you don't agree to t's & d's having bought the vehicle & incurred a "problem"

Did my first USB system update which enabled OTA updates. Out knocking about B roads and car returned 3.3 mpkWh. :D

I hope the tech is robust! Also tried out snow mode too. Very capable.

A little test this morning of the V2L capability of the I5. Started at 84% SOC in vehicle pack. Plugged in adapter, ran out 240 reel to garage and plugged in washing machine. This is quite something to see. The car running a major house component, took me longer to type it than it did to set it running! 🏠:)

Meanwhile the home battery stack has 1kW inflow from PV and it is climbing.. This is joyous! :)

A 73kWh mobile battery pack, what a tool to have. They should ALL be doing this. That they don't is a travesty.
