Repaired window good to 27mph winds today. Did another overcoat of WC105 on the inner pane this afternoon. Belts & braces tbh just to be sure. No water ingress between panes. This really is excellent stuff. If you have any pals with caravans or rv's bondrite will be their friend.

First look at the van roof. We have two spaces free while keeping skylight openers unimpeded. We could fit a max panel size of 1600mm x 750mm. 2 of. That would be quite the upgrade from the 100W stick on panel on the Bongo!

Would hope to squeeze 500W on there.

Although, if I did cover the lounge skylight where we'll sleep but leave it ventable we would have 2,100mm x 1600mm to play with..

Two of these would fit and give enough voltage to run a cheap small 100/20 48V Victron Charge Controller.

Nice one Nowty,
2 of 195W bifacials ecoworthy are £90 incl free delivery
https://uk.eco-worthy.com/products/bifa ... fGa_MnegDB

1 of 500W bifacial from cps is £67 and I collect.

I'd have to look at control for all 3 sets. Current 12V LB of unknown life.

You also need to consider what you are going to do with it when not in use and parked up, hopefully in full sun :D

I still think this is the best option:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/296453849020
12x 340W JA Solar panels (4.08kWp)
3x 380W JA Solar panels (1.14kWp)
5x 2.4kWh Pylontech batteries (12kWh)
LuxPower inverter/charger

(Artist formally known as ******, well it should be obvious enough to those for whom such things are important.)
