Tesla 3 puncture & repair / replacement tyre costs in Aug 2022

Wife had a slow puncture for a while (we have tyre investors in a couple of vehicles)
On Saturday last I was puppy sitting, wife rang from costco..
Michelin sport pilot 4 ? T0 @£188 Inc vat fitted
(In mk for a device to debut the car cameras ..again)
Told her to ring our favourite local tyre place & get it fixed , 10 minutes, £24 .still more than 3mm tread after 23,000 miles
The local tyre guy said that there was so much misinformation from tyre wholesalers "I ring 3 different sellers & get 3 different answers for these" he said.
He couldn't get hold of the T1 (supplied from.new) but could get the T0 for our sr+ £185-190 +vat.
He was happy for us to buy, store & fit & balance when needed down the line.
What is the difference with these three & does anyone have an idea how the tyre market is playing out currently, are prices going up like so.much else, if so what does it boil down to in the tyre industry?
(Looking for some insight as to our next move)
Tesla mk, had no stock, but similar to Costco apparently!?
Cheers lads.
