A year into ownership (albeit in the south of france) this gay couple are quite funny to watch, having thrown themselves into it as Elton, their "nearly car" ..mode of transport (though there is a moped also)
It certainly does highlight the highs & lows of ownership, minimal ventilation, heating, glass roof in summer, very limited speed etc, but does a lot to make you think as a covered short range vehicle it could be viable, certainly are a lot of them already in france it seems (schoolkids who used to be Motobécane kids in my yoof are now Ami drivers (a video visiting a local school shows that very clearly)
They do the silly stuff, add ons (of which fans have stayed, through to trying to solar charge via a portable panel & battery set up, ...I see a joeboy turkish solar mini moke flexible solar roof canopy charger, type joint venture soon ..just don't tell his missus.
