EV6 has landed

Picked Nelly up on Tuesday after bad weather delayed my collection, initially very very edgy when driving and then I decided to forget all about the screens and tech and just drive it - result - fabulous! Really chuffed, its everything I expected and so much more.
By day two I was starting to change attributes and work through menus etc and even did some type 1 charging to see how that worked.
My wife was equally edgy about driving it but again ignoring all the tech and driving it like an auto worked and she is happily taking it to drop the lads at school and collect them and the myriad of local short runs for which the BEV excels.
Happy days

Nice, enjoy!
Did it come with the Vehicle to Load adapter for allowing you to power "stuff" through the type 2 socket?

Hi Dan,
Yes it did, this is the GT line 2WD version, the basic model doesn't support V2L.

Lucky for me that I am not intelligent enough to contemplate Octopus intelligent
my charging strategy is much like my house battery, benefit from solar harvest where practicable and then type 1 for the majority of the time coupled with network chargers when out and about - luckily most journeys are 20 to 40 miles or less so not a massive ask of the system.

Yeah, it looks very nice, what is its aero drag-factor? & what niche classification is it?
This car totally passed me by, presumably pretty new release?

The EV6 is the twin sister to the Hyundai Ioniq5. It has the same platform underneath with the 800V battery technology. It's a large hatchback - not quite an SUV - certainly bigger than it looks. Lots of interesting design features, very distinctive.
