A few more of these around the UK would do nicely

The large number of 7kW chargers - is it expected to be a long duration car park as well?

Questions:
Do parking charges come on top?
What is the cost per unit?
Are the charges different for the AC and DC chargers?

"note that the station is embedded deep within the NEC Campus, so those slower chargers will be handy for anyone visiting the exhibition centre or spending the night at the various nearby hotels.".

I plugged into a BP pulse 22kW charger the other week. It gave me 6kW of charge. Someone else plugged into the other port and it dropped to 3kW.
I disconnected and left. The other BP pulse charging post at site was broken.
Yet I've seen cracking looking BP 150kW fast stations. The lack of consistency due to infrastructure and maintenance makes it all a bit untrustworthy to me.
It all feels like early days yet with islands of excellence dotted about. I'm off back through Tesla Dundee this morning. One of those islands!

I know what you mean, from bitter experience I don’t bother even trying a genie point anymore as I have never managed to get one to work. Even on Zapmap they are more often than not reported as out of service.

I'm becoming a Tesla snob! Back charging in Dundee this morning on way to Edinburgh. It hit 98kW and the car kicked us off as it was still belting out 98kW as we went shooting past 85% soc.
I am a bit more discerning in where I charge now. Other than last week that is. There's a story involving 06.30hrs, stomach cramps
and a funeral. About as close as I've ever come to actually sh**ting myself without actually....
That was my 1st Tesla charging experience! Didn't put me off though!

I’m a fan of InstaVolt, Gridserve at Exeter did the job a few times this August, and Every MFG I’ve used has been good too. However Genie Point/BP/Shell… Best pretending they don’t exist.
