Norway EV take up

I've just got back from a cruise up to the arctic circle in Norway - thought it would be interesting to see how obvious the high level of new EVs was on the ground, as I keep reading that new registrations are at or above 80%.
There's, definitely more on the streets than in the UK, but it looked like the % increased the further south we got - once below the arctic circle - eg Alesund seemed to be >50%.
Also noticed a grand total of 0 PV on roofs - which may be explained by the length of time snow is on the ground for, but there were quite a few heat pumps in evidence.
They seemed quite proud of their high % of hydro electricity too.
