Rivian to prioritise Amazon vans

Apologies for sharing a link to Teslarati (it's not the most well written of sites!), but this made me think a few uncharitable thoughts about Rivian.
They've got a pre-IPO valuation of some 80 Billion. I'm struggling to see how based on this.
Great that they've got 100,000 pre-orders for their delivery van. They're saying they'll be prioritising manufacture of that over the increasingly delayed R1 pickup and SUV, for which they apparently have 50,000 pre-orders.
They're saying they'll only deliver the final one to Amazon by the end of the decade. That's a production rate of about 11,000 a year? That's risible.
Do they actually have a factory?
I'm not a fan of short selling, but this seems like one that's destined for a share price collapse?
