The norm or faulty? (Tesla sensor)

Went to Milton Keynes today, the storm which sucked all the heat returned as snow over there & on the drive home.

Asked the wife to see how much the sensor could deal with on dual carriageway with light snow, ..it didn't like it for more than a minute & went into SYP klaxon hold the wheel mode without an effective 3 second warning (she always holds the wheel two handed)

After that the autopilot assist didn't want to know (does it time out)? ...several minutes later, snow over, it was still the same.

Doesn't bode well for french winter motorways to be honest, that & our left pillar sensor (the faulty from new one) keeps saying blocked / non-operational despite being cleaned off regularly. ..can anyone else comment as to snow & heavy rain? ..in this instance it was light snow that wasn't settling, so no obscured markings.

I'd have hoped for better than that in terms of snow control.

Temp was 2-3c outside after dusk.
No indication of black ice, consistent speed, some light motorway hills to climb & descend.

I keep missing calls from tesla (who are investigating the faulty sentry footage, missing footage, no recording, allegedly missing memory stick)
Suffice to say we are somewhat narked that a supposedly fixed problem from new has come back, & then the rest of it.
