There had been a general ramping up of disheartened rage over a number of months (call it 1 year). I'd been keeping an eye on it and I made allowances for the self confessed Sport injuries to the brain.

The concealed knife posts were the start of the 3 count. This isn't the place for that.

Given the wake up call and opportunity to dial it back a bit. Didn't fancy that, voted with feet.

A bit of a shame yet there we bally well go. I've always said that this place should be a good safe area for people to share and encourage others in the ways of RE.

There are a lot of clever folk knocking about in here and out there.. Some are happy to give up some of their time and experience here. That is absolutely Golden in value and to be protected.

I felt (feel) bad that he couldn't put the forum first but that's ok. Shit happens. Some of the language/exchanges over our years of existence have been boisterous but so what?

I spent my entire adult life offshore worldwide, multi cultural working with and running crews of clever Alphas from every corner of the globe with every personality type up to and including functioning psychopaths. It was fucking great!

Below is how I did it and it is 360 in aspect..

Rule 1: Don't be a dick.
Rule 2..Take a telling.
Rule 3. Help others who know less.
Rule 4. There is no such thing as a stupid question.
Rule 5. See Rule No 1.

No joke, that's the rules. The door is always open for those that walk away to come back but tbh the old ego thing tends to get in the way. They likely end up as offline ghosts flitting through just checking it out.

That's a pish way to live but their own call. ;)
