Certainly lots of work going on, 1 rig in at the dock, seen as many as 5 at one time.
I think the V&A had a good impact on investment in Dundee , add 2 good Unis, good teaching hospital, and other industry.

We visited Dundee a few years back - was impressed with the city.
Sounds like this will be a fantastic addition utilising a hard to use brown field/ex/industrial site.
Looking at quite a few comments on the article, you have to question what some people would count as good news
